KABC Highlights Increased Popularity of 311 and Our Commitment to Bolster Staffing

KABC recently covered the popularity of 311 services, and the issues in answering more than 1,600,000 service requests a year. The majority of these requests come over the phone and our 311 operators have been providing high-quality support to answering these. There’s been an impact on wait times for callers, which has decreased recently, but we are continuing to work on. A huge thank you to all the 311 operators who continue to help thousands of Angelenos every day.
