Our SNow system is our user-friendly platform that provides citywide access to ITA’s services through incident tickets, communication service requests, and project updates.
Doing something a little different, this month’s ITA Spotlight focuses on the new expanded the use of SNow to simplify requests for internal ITA services. In other words, this month's spotlight is on the admin services you can get through the SNow system.
Through SNow, ITA employees can request replacement keys or badges, office supplies and toner, and copy machine repair with a few clicks of the mouse.
