VIDEO SERVICES REGULATORY DIVISION

• Ensures that local video TV providers comply with the financial terms of their franchise agreements under state law
• Provides management oversight of the City's Public, Educational and Governmental Access (P.E.G. Access) channels
• Provides information and recommendations to ITA management, City Council and Mayor on Cable/Video TV and telecommunications matters that may affect the City and its residents
